AN EVENING WITH KNIVES Announce New EP

Dutch psychedelic post-metal trio AN EVENING WITH KNIVES are preparing to release their new two-track EP, "The Rabbit & The Mistake", following their latest album, "End of Time". Due out on September 2, the release will also be accompanied by a new music video for 'The Mistake'.

At the heart of the EP, 'The Mistake' carries the band's dark atmosphere, drawing inspiration from current events. The video for the track was created by artist Paddy Murphy. Its unsettling visual narrative, according to the band, references the strangeness of the reality we live in today.

The EP's second track, 'The Rabbit', is an unreleased song from the "End of Time" recording sessions. One of the first tracks written for the album, it ultimately did not make the final tracklist.

The band describes 'The Rabbit' as dealing with helplessly surrendering to the whims of others and the dark satisfaction of witnessing their eventual downfall.

Following the EP's release, AN EVENING WITH KNIVES will embark on a fall tour across the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium. The tour will kick off on September 4 at Vera in Groningen.
