Italian progressive death metal outfit BEDSORE will join Belgian occult collective Wolvennest on their “In the Ruins” tour, set to kick off this October. The eleven-date European run stands out as a pivotal moment for the band, marking both their return to the stage and a transition into the recording phase of a new album.

Taking place between October 19th and 29th, 2026, the tour will move across a wide route covering Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Poland. As part of the package run, BEDSORE will accompany Wolvennest’s dark, ritualistic stage atmosphere, performing each night in a different European city.

The Rome-based band views the tour not merely as a series of shows, but as a symbolic step into a new era. While bringing the live manifestation of their latest album to European audiences, the group is simultaneously advancing through the final stages of their new recording process. Statements from the band emphasize that sharing the stage with Wolvennest creates a strong sense of affinity in terms of experimental approach and a boundary-pushing musical mindset.

Performing as a six-piece live unit, BEDSORE transform the layered complexity of their studio work into a broader sonic architecture on stage. Spanning Hammond organ to Mellotron, analog synth textures to twin-guitar assaults, their wide instrumentation fuses the band’s death metal foundation with a psychedelic and progressive intensity. This framework turns their live shows into more than concerts — evolving them into multi-layered sonic experiences.

In recent years, BEDSORE have steadily strengthened their live identity through appearances at major European extreme metal festivals. This new tour is also significant as their first major European run following their signing to Season of Mist. The band is currently working intensively on new material, which will serve as the follow-up to their 2024 release “Dreaming the Strife for Love.”

As part of the “In the Ruins – XXMMVI Tour,” BEDSORE will perform in cities including Kortrijk, Utrecht, Paris, Berlin, Hamburg, Salzburg, Kraków, and Warsaw. The tour will conclude on October 29th in the Polish capital, Warsaw.

Rising ever more firmly within the European underground, BEDSORE use this tour to carry their accumulated experience onto the stage while simultaneously laying the groundwork for their forthcoming album.
