French record label BITUME is celebrating its 10th anniversary with the special compilation "BITUME PROFOND", featuring 21 bands revisiting tracks from the label’s catalogue. Released on September 19, the compilation brings together various projects, some of which were reactivated specifically for the occasion.

One of the compilation’s notable aspects is that tracks from the BITUME catalogue have been reinterpreted by artists other than their original creators. In this sense, "BITUME PROFOND" is more than just an anniversary compilation; it offers a new take on the label’s back catalogue through a range of different projects.

Featuring cover artwork by Fortress of Floritude, the compilation was released on September 19 as a double-CD digisleeve and on digital platforms.
