Set to be released by Odium Records, the album will bring together key tracks from Black Altar’s discography with new mastering, while also featuring newly recorded songs. Running for approximately 80 minutes, this special release will collect three decades of the band’s dark atmosphere and distinctive approach to black metal into a single comprehensive package.

“XXX Years ov Rituals Upon the Black Altar – 1996-2026” is described as an extensive work built around the themes that have long defined Black Altar’s musical universe, including death, occultism, witchcraft, satanic rituals, and esoteric concepts. The album aims to present the band’s earlier material through a modern production approach while also highlighting the evolution of Black Altar with the inclusion of new material.
