Polish black metal act BLACK ALTAR are preparing to celebrate their 30th anniversary with a special album. The band has released the first video clip, ‘Infernal Damnation’, from the upcoming release “XXX Years ov Rituals Upon the Black Altar – 1996-2026”, while pre-orders for the album have also begun.

Announced by Odium Records, this special project brings together the band’s dark journey spanning three decades in a single release. “XXX Years ov Rituals Upon the Black Altar – 1996-2026” features newly recorded tracks alongside reworked versions of key songs from BLACK ALTAR’s discography.

The album aims to deliver an approximately 80-minute black metal experience built around the themes that have shaped the band’s distinctive atmosphere, including death, occultism, satanic rituals, and the Qliphotic Void. Featuring newly prepared mastering, the release serves as a comprehensive work that revisits and reinterprets BLACK ALTAR’s musical legacy from the past to the present.

Scheduled for a CD release in the autumn, the album is now available for pre-order. Fans can purchase the physical edition of the release as well as specially designed T-shirts through Odium Records’ official stores.
