BOSCO SACRO Share Another Glimpse of “Inhabit” With “Gift From The Fog” Video
Fog swallowed Pavia, leaving music behind.
Italian ambient doom/trip-hop quartet BOSCO SACRO have shared their second single, ‘Gift From The Fog’, from their forthcoming second album, “Inhabit”, due out November 6 via Supernatural Cat, along with the song’s accompanying music video.
The relationship between the physical and the metaphysical lies at the heart of the album’s narrative, and ‘Gift From The Fog’ gives that approach a tangible form through the experience of a dense fog that surrounded the band while they were working on the album in Pavia. BOSCO SACRO describe the track as a natural continuation of the album’s title track, which opens “Inhabit”.
Directed by Michele Canevari, the video also picks up where the band’s previous clip for “Inhabit” left off. According to the band, the song emerged on a day when the city was completely swallowed by dense fog, transforming the idea of “letting go” that runs through their music into a quiet awakening in which the world loses its sharp edges.
‘Gift From The Fog’ also reflects the musical approach of “Inhabit”, which marks a departure from the band’s previous work. Composed entirely live in their rehearsal room and recorded by the band over a seven-day session, the album brings together the weight of doom and slowcore with the lighter textures of dreamgaze, ambient, and trip-hop. It consists of eight interconnected tracks.
The recordings took place under the production of Lorenzo Stecconi, who has worked with bands including AMENRA, ZU, UFOMAMMUT, and LENTO, at Daniele Onori’s AMM, Monteggiori Studio, nestled in the hills of Tuscany. Stecconi later completed the album’s mixing and mastering at Triple Sun in Rome.
The visual world of “Inhabit” likewise extends the album’s exploration of the physical and the metaphysical. Its cover features “Testa di Terra”, a raw-clay sculpture by Italian artist Roberta Busato, while the limited-edition design reinterprets the figure from the cover through layers and rotating elements. The inner sheets of each limited-edition copy can be rotated into different configurations, giving every copy a slightly different appearance.
“Inhabit” will be released on November 6 via Supernatural Cat on LP, CD, a limited LP + CD bundle, and digital formats. ‘Gift From The Fog’ and the previously released title track, ‘Inhabit’, are also available to stream on Bandcamp.

BOSCO SACRO are also continuing to book live dates in support of the album. Their first announced performances are set for December 3 at Das Lot in Vienna and December 4 at the Church of St. John of Nepomuk in Hradec Králové. Further dates are expected to be announced for the first months of 2027.
