BOSCO SACRO Release Final Single from New Album “Inhabit”
BOSCO SACRO Follow Silence Into Motion
Italian ambient doom/trip-hop quartet BOSCO SACRO have unveiled their third single, ‘Silence Dances’, ahead of the release of their second album, “Inhabit”, due out on November 6 via Supernatural Cat Records. Developed through live playing in the band’s rehearsal room, the track reflects the album’s interplay between physical rhythms and broader, more atmospheric passages.
As the band explains, the title ‘Silence Dances’ is built around a deliberate paradox. Drawing on their experience of performing the track live, BOSCO SACRO describe how its first section revolves around a groove that becomes almost bodily, reminiscent of the tumbao rhythm, before the second half opens into a longer, straighter and more expansive flow. The band compares this shift to a long, deep breath carrying the listener towards the unknown.

Comprising eight interconnected tracks, “Inhabit” takes a different approach from the band’s previous work. The album brings together the weight of doom and slowcore with elements of dreamgaze, ambient and trip-hop. All the tracks took shape as the band played together in their rehearsal room, with the recording completed over seven days. Producer Lorenzo Stecconi, whose previous work includes Amenra, ZU, UFOMAMMUT and LENTO, handled the album’s recording.
The sessions took place at AMM, Monteggiori Studio, located in the Tuscan hills at Daniele Onori’s premises. Stecconi also completed the mixing and mastering at Triple Sun in Rome.
The album’s visual identity draws on the same tension between the physical and the metaphysical that underpins its music. The artwork, created by Italian artist Roberta Busato, is based on a raw-clay sculpture titled Testa di Terra (Head of Earth). Its closed-eyed face evokes a meditative state, reflecting the album’s ideas of stepping away from the familiar patterns of everyday life and finding new meaning in emptiness. The limited-edition release features four additional pieces in different colours, along with a layered, die-cut sleeve design. The inner panels can be rotated into different configurations, giving each copy subtle visual variations.
BOSCO SACRO will release “Inhabit” on November 6 in vinyl, CD, limited-edition vinyl and CD bundle, and digital formats. Four dates have also been announced for the band’s album tour in December.
