Norwegian black metal band DEATHCULT will release their third studio album, “Cult Of The Dog”, on October 2, 2026 via Soulseller Records. The band have also unveiled the first track from the album.

“Cult Of The Dog” serves as the third and final chapter in DEATHCULT’s album trilogy, which began with 2007’s “Cult of the Dragon” and continued with 2017’s “Cult of the Goat”. The new record continues the band’s musical path rooted in Norwegian black metal.

The album was recorded at Grieghallen, with Pytten, known for his work on black metal productions, involved in the production process. The artwork was created by Jannicke Wiese-Hansen.

The album features seven tracks:

The lineup for “Cult Of The Dog” features Skagg on vocals and guitars, Hoest on bass, Thurzur on drums, and Lava on guitars.
