American progressive tech-death outfit GIGAN have announced their “Summer Séances Tour 2026,” set to take place in the summer of 2026. The August run will conclude with a special headlining performance at Zymurder Fest IV.

Formed in 2005, the Chicago-based band are known for their experimental approach, intricate compositions, and boundary-pushing vision of extreme metal. As GIGAN prepare to bring their long-running creative journey back to the stage with this new tour, the band are looking forward to reconnecting with their fans.

In a statement, the band expressed their excitement about returning to the road after their previous tour was cut short. With their upcoming shows, GIGAN aim to deliver an unconventional, intense live experience designed to challenge the listeners’ perceptions and push the limits of imagination.

The new record stands out as a further expansion of the band’s experimental identity within progressive death metal. Built around dense rhythmic structures, sci-fi atmospheres, and unpredictable compositions, the album received positive reactions from the extreme metal community.

Since their formation, GIGAN have consistently avoided conventional boundaries, and with “Anomalous Abstractigate Infinitessimus,” they have further expanded their own sonic universe while reinforcing their unique position within the modern tech-death scene. The band are now preparing to bring this complex and experimental musical world back to the stage with their 2026 summer tour.
