California-based mincecore band HAGGUS has unveiled its latest EP, The Mincecore Manifesto, via Tankcrimes. Featuring eight tracks, the release marks the band's first new material since last year's Destination Extinction.

Comprised of eight songs, the EP pushes the raw and aggressive spirit of HAGGUS' early output into even harsher territory while once again fusing the band's anarcho-punk roots with its goregrind aesthetic. Drawing lyrical inspiration from today's climate of political tension and social unrest, the record combines those themes with the band's relentless, uncompromising musical approach to deliver a direct, concise, and devastating listening experience.

The recording sessions were overseen by founding member Hambone, while the mixing duties were handled by Andrew Solis, known for his work with Nails and Despise You. Mastering was completed by Dan Randall at Mammoth Sound, and the cover artwork was created by Digestor, whose work is also well known through collaborations with Ghoul.

The Mincecore Manifesto is now available on vinyl, cassette, and digital formats. Following the EP's release, HAGGUS is also set to embark on a short U.S. run during the first week of July, with scheduled stops in Baltimore, Philadelphia, and Ridgewood.
