KALT VINDUR Release Title Track From Upcoming Album
The Void Of Time
Polish black metal outfit KALT VINDUR have released the official music video for the title track of their upcoming fourth studio album, "The Void Of Time". Ahead of the album's release on November 27th, 2026 via The Circle Music, the band offer the first comprehensive glimpse into the atmosphere of their new chapter.
Formed in 2015 in Dukla, Poland, KALT VINDUR have established themselves as one of the notable names emerging from the Polish black metal underground over the years. Developing their own musical identity built around the intersection of melodic structures, dark atmospheres and raw intensity, the band are often associated with the term "Subcarpathian Black Metal" due to their distinctive approach.
Following their debut album "Delusions" (2017) and "And Nothing Is Endless" (2020), the band entered a new phase in their career. After signing with Greek label The Circle Music in 2023, KALT VINDUR reached a wider audience with the first result of this collaboration, 2024's "Magna Mater", which became an important milestone in the evolution of their sound.
"The Void Of Time" stands as a continuation and further development of the path established on the previous album. Maintaining the core identity of black metal while embracing powerful compositions, compelling melodies and intense emotional layers, the record balances aggressive passages with atmospheric transitions, presenting a more mature and cohesive musical vision from the band.
Combining dark and melancholic themes with a grand atmospheric approach, "The Void Of Time" emerges as one of KALT VINDUR's most extensive works to date. The album's production was handled by Artur Szydło and Krzysztof Kokosiński, who also took care of mixing and mastering duties.
The lyrics on the album were written by Wojciech Kozub, while all compositions were created by Artur Szydło. Drums and vocals were recorded by Grzegorz Gnat at Regnat Audio Studio. Krzysztof Kokosiński contributed additional synthesizers to the outro of "Jesień", while Artur Szydło handled synthesizers and bass guitar on "On The Way To...".
The album artwork was created by artist Maciej Kamuda, known for his work with bands such as Blut Aus Nord, Spaceslug and Sunnata. Visual layouts and additional design elements were prepared by Paweł Kuranda, while the band's photography was handled by Karol "Panku" Pankiewicz.
"The Void Of Time" will be released digitally, as a jewel case CD and on vinyl in two different color variants. The vinyl editions will be available in transparent marbled blue and black, as well as marbled pink and black versions, with pre-orders available through The Circle Music webshop.
Guitarist Artur Szydło explains that the album's creation developed naturally, without calculations or a predetermined plan, evolving as a spontaneous creative process. Szydło emphasizes that while the record carries a rawer character in certain moments, melody and emotional expression remain at its core.
The official video for KALT VINDUR's new title track "The Void Of Time" premiered worldwide through Invisible Oranges and in Poland via KVLT. The track is now available across all digital platforms.
