Kreator and Overkill to Share the Stage in Istanbul

Two legendary names in the thrash metal scene, Kreator and Overkill, are set to take the stage together in Istanbul on November 15, 2026. Organized by Stagepass at Volkswagen Arena, the concert will bring fans together for a night featuring both the bands' latest material and the timeless classics that have become staples of their live performances.

German thrash veterans Kreator will arrive in Istanbul as part of the touring cycle for their latest studio album, with songs from the new record set to be performed live in Turkey for the very first time. Having remained one of thrash metal's defining acts for more than four decades, the band will also include the landmark tracks that have shaped its storied career.

Joining the bill, American thrash icons Overkill will return to Istanbul for the first time in two years. Renowned for their classic albums and relentlessly energetic live performances, the band is preparing to deliver an extensive setlist driven by razor-sharp riffs and the unmistakable vocals of Bobby "Blitz" Ellsworth.

Bringing together two of the most influential names in European and American thrash metal, the event will take place at Volkswagen Arena on the evening of Sunday, November 15. Tickets will go on pre-sale on July 2, with general sales beginning on July 3. Shaping up to be one of the year's standout events for thrash metal fans, the concert also promises to be one of Istanbul's most significant metal gatherings in recent years.
