Slovak black metal band KROLOK have unveiled the first track from their third studio album, "Hričov-Súľov-Lietava", due out on September 25 via Osmose Productions. 'Súľov', which opens the campaign for the album, also points to a notable change in the band's new era: for the first time in their history, KROLOK are featuring lyrics in their native language.

The new album centers on a narrative reaching back into the history of Slovakia and the ancient castles of the Carpathians. With "Hričov-Súľov-Lietava", KROLOK bring legends of the past and the region's historical atmosphere into their approach to black metal. The use of Slovak-language lyrics for the first time also creates a more direct connection between this historical narrative and the band's own cultural context.

Hričov, Súľov, and Lietava, which make up the album's title, represent different points within this journey into Slovakia's past. The tracklist is led by the 13-minute-51-second 'Hričov' and the 9-minute-34-second 'Súľov', while 'Dolu Váhom' is the album's shortest track at 2 minutes and 19 seconds.
