After a long period of silence, black metal outfit KYRIOS is set to return with its long-awaited second EP, Blood Constellation, bringing back recordings that had remained inaccessible for years after being restored and assembled. The release is scheduled for an international cassette edition on August 7 via Caligari Records.

Blood Constellation was compiled from recordings believed to have been lost following the band's previous release, Saturnal Chambers. The EP brings together two dungeon synth compositions with two fierce and atmospheric black metal tracks, merging both styles into a cohesive listening experience.

The EP's title was originally chosen by late vocalist Trevor Strand, who passed away in recent years. The band has dedicated the release to his memory, with vocal duties handled by GK Defenestrator. Drums, synthesizers, and mastering were completed by Satan's Sword, while Hypatian was responsible for guitars, bass, additional synthesizers, mixing, and lyrics. The cover artwork was created by Ronnie Pirog.

Now resurfacing after years in obscurity, Blood Constellation is already available to stream in full across digital platforms, while pre-orders for the cassette edition are officially underway.
