Florida-based black metal, punk, and noise rock band MAGIC CROSS will release its self-titled debut EP on September 10 via Caligari Records. The four-track release will be available on cassette.

Formed in the winter of 2023 by musicians connected to Wørsen, Galactoid, and Bellicose Records, MAGIC CROSS recorded its debut EP in early 2026 at Peace Corp. Audio. The band's sound combines the dark character of black metal with punk's directness and the abrasive textures of noise rock.

The band's debut features four tracks in total. Mastering for the EP was handled by Dead Air Studios.

MAGIC CROSS has also released 'Holy Bile', a track taken from the upcoming EP. The song is available to stream via the band's Bandcamp page, where the cassette edition of the EP is also available for preorder.
