Icelandic black metal band MANNVEIRA have unveiled ‘Bölvunin’, a track from their upcoming album “Vesöld”, due out October 16 via Dark Descent Records. The song is the second single released from the band’s first full-length album in five years.

Emerging from Reykjavík’s black metal scene, MANNVEIRA return with “Vesöld”, a seven-track follow-up to their debut full-length, “Vítahringur”. The album combines raw, dissonant black metal with sharp melodic shifts while maintaining a cold atmosphere. The balance the band strikes between chaotic structures and atmospheric elements is among the defining features of their new work.

The album’s first single, ‘Lygar himinsins’, was released earlier. MANNVEIRA and Jonni Norn handled the recording, while D.G. took care of mixing and mastering. The cover artwork was created by Joseph Deegan.

“Vesöld” will be released on October 16 via Dark Descent Records in digital, CD, standard black vinyl, and gunmetal grey vinyl formats.
