Italian technical death metal and thrash metal band MISCREANCE have released their third and final single ahead of their new album, "Reminiscence", due out August 28 via Season of Mist. Titled "The Moaning Hill", the track marks the final advance offering from the upcoming record.

"The Moaning Hill" combines MISCREANCE's technically driven approach with a dark and unsettling atmosphere. The song's high-speed opening takes on an even more chaotic character through drummer Andrea Feltrin's vocal performance, while the track serves as one of the key pieces in the prehistoric future envisioned throughout the band's new album.

According to the band, "Reminiscence" is built around the idea of a journey through time to a lost moment in human history, discovered through a collective hallucination. Within the album's world, hunting and cave paintings exist alongside elements such as the didgeridoo, telepathic surgery, and psychic rituals within the same reality.

Featuring nine tracks in total, "Reminiscence" has a running time of 31 minutes and 49 seconds. The album will be MISCREANCE's second full-length release through Season of Mist.

The entire album will be available to hear during the Bandcamp Listening Party on August 18 at 8:00 p.m. CEST. Physical editions will be released as a CD Jewel Case and in three vinyl variants.
