Atmospheric doom outfit PANTHEIST have revealed the details of their new album, "Uncanny Times". Due out on October 30, 2026 via Argonauta Records, the album's first track, 'The Final Journey', has also been released alongside a new lyric video.

As the album's opener, 'The Final Journey' holds a special place as the starting point for PANTHEIST's new chapter. According to the band, the music was written exactly 15 years ago but was shelved until the right vocalist could be found to do it justice. The composition resurfaced when Linda joined the band roughly 15 years later.

The song's lyrics took shape following a philosophical conversation with the band's friend Ricardo in Panama. PANTHEIST describe 'The Final Journey' as the first and most decisive step in shaping the direction of the rest of the album. Opening the six-track "Uncanny Times", the song introduces the record's overall atmosphere with the epic, weighty character the band has described.
