SANCTUARIUM to Release Doom-Infused Death Metal Album
SANCTUARIUM deepen the darkness with crushing riffs
Spanish death metal band SANCTUARIUM will release their third album, “Impetuous Behest for Detestable Expulsion,” on December 4. Due out through a collaboration between Dark Descent Records and Me Saco Un Ojo Records, the album delivers approximately 35 minutes of doom-infused death metal across six tracks.
The album’s preview track, ‘Pendulous Lacerations’, offers a first glimpse of the band’s sound, built around slow tempos, crawling riffs and a suffocating atmosphere. Listen to the track here.
Continuing the musical identity SANCTUARIUM have developed over roughly five years of activity, the record pairs heavy, sombre guitars with deep vocals and hard-hitting drums. Its four death metal tracks are framed by an intro and an outro, with dynamic shifts providing variation without sacrificing the album’s dark atmosphere.
Pre-orders for “Impetuous Behest for Detestable Expulsion” are available through the Dark Descent Records shop and the Bandcamp page. European customers can also order through DDMSUO.
