Italian heavy rock band SBARCO are continuing their preparations for their second studio album with their new single and official video, “The Divorce.” Following the release of “Get to Know Me,” the band’s latest offering highlights their renewed musical direction and dual-vocal approach.

“The Divorce” unfolds as an introspective narrative centered on themes of loss, vulnerability, and rebirth. The song tells the story of a character undergoing an existential crisis as every certainty in their life begins to disappear, forcing them to question their own identity. Images of lost skin and a shattered shield represent the vulnerability of confronting pain without defenses, while the narrative gradually turns toward transformation and hope.

According to SBARCO, at the heart of the song lies the strength to get back on your feet after reaching a point where everything seems lost. The band also describes the track as an exploration of healing, resilience, and new beginnings through faith in oneself, the people we love, and the future.

SBARCO are continuing work on their second album with producer Simone “L'Architetto” Colombo, further developing a sound that combines heavy rock with personal and introspective storytelling. “The Divorce” stands as the latest release to reveal the band’s musical direction ahead of the new album.
