Canadian speed/thrash metal trio SKUMSTRIKE have unveiled their new track "Death Reckoning" ahead of their highly anticipated second studio album, Flawless Intrigue From Hell. The album will be released on September 25 via Dying Victims Productions in vinyl and CD formats.

Following the attention they garnered within underground speed metal circles with their 2022 debut album Deadly Intrusions, the band aims to push their aggressive approach even further on their latest offering. Combining the high-energy attack of speed metal with the harsh character of thrash and death metal, the album delivers a ten-track assault centered around themes of betrayal, intrigue, and destruction.

Flawless Intrigue From Hell was recorded by Patrick McDowell, the mastermind behind Spectral Wound, following SKUMSTRIKE’s first European tour. The release also marks the band’s first collaboration with German label Dying Victims Productions. The album artwork was created by Chris Kiesling of Misanthropic-Art, whose previous work includes bands such as Mortuary Drape, Hooded Menace, and Grave Infestation.

The album closes with a cover of "Satanic Metal Fucking Hell" by Japanese black/speed metal legends Abigail. This choice stands out as a clear nod to the band’s roots and the underground metal tradition that has shaped their sound.
