Hamburg and NRW-based Folk Metal band STORM SEEKER are preparing to embark on a new European run in spring 2027 following two club tours. The “Sailors, Rowers & Gunners Tour 2027” will take the band through Germany, Austria and Switzerland, as well as the UK for the first time in their history.

The most notable aspect of the tour is STORM SEEKER’s first-ever UK shows. The UK leg will begin at London’s New Cross Inn on March 18 and also take in Glasgow, Bristol and Manchester. KATERFAHRT will not join the band for these four shows.

Featuring Sean Graham, Fabi, Olaf, Ughar and Paulie, STORM SEEKER combine a guitar- and drum-driven Metal foundation with traditional Folk instruments such as the hurdy-gurdy and flute in their live performances. Their repertoire, built around maritime and pirate themes, also forms the central atmosphere of their stage shows.

KATERFAHRT will accompany the band for most of the German, Austrian and Swiss dates on the tour. The two bands will kick off their joint run in Wiesbaden on February 11, followed by stops in Munich, Nuremberg, Saarbrücken, Stuttgart, Leipzig, Berlin, Mülheim, Osnabrück and Hamburg before the tour concludes in Cologne on April 3. The Vienna and Salzburg shows in Austria, scheduled for September 30 and October 1, will also take place without KATERFAHRT.

STORM SEEKER have been active on the Folk Metal scene since 2013 with their maritime-themed music. Three of the band’s four studio albums have charted in Germany, with “Guns Don’t Cry” and “Nautic Force” reaching the Top 100, while “Set the Sails” climbed as high as the Top 50. The band have previously performed at festivals including Wacken Open Air, Rockharz and Summer Breeze.

The tour will begin with a show at Kesselhaus in Wiesbaden on February 11. Tickets are available here.
