Carnal Forge Classics Return on Vinyl
Swedish thrash/death metal outfit Carnal Forge is preparing to reunite listeners with two significant albums that left a lasting mark on the early years of the band's career. The group's 2000 release Firedemon and 2001's Please... Die! will return to the shelves this autumn through special vinyl editions.
Known throughout the metal world for their aggressive approach and high-velocity songwriting, these two records have long occupied a distinctive place within Carnal Forge's discography. According to the announcement, both albums will be released on October 16 as limited-edition vinyl pressings. Please... Die! in particular will be made available on vinyl for the very first time since its original release.

The reissues stand out not only as collector's items but also as a renewed spotlight on a pivotal chapter in the band's career. Having played a significant role in the rise of the Swedish metal scene during the early 2000s, Carnal Forge forged a unique identity by combining elements of melodic death metal with technical thrash metal.
As part of the new editions, Firedemon will be issued on a special red vinyl variant, while Please... Die! will arrive as a blue collector's pressing. Both releases will feature expanded content and notes reflecting on the band's past. Given the highly limited nature of the pressings, strong interest from collectors is expected.
Guitarist Jari Kuusisto stated that the announcement of the reissues carries a deep emotional significance for the band, expressing his delight that the albums will once again be readily available. Kuusisto also paid tribute to Lars Johansson, with whom the band worked during earlier periods of its history and who recently passed away, describing the project as a special undertaking dedicated to his memory.

Despite the passing years, Carnal Forge's influence has extended far beyond its own catalogue. While the band's members have been involved with several notable acts across the Swedish metal scene throughout their careers, vocalist Jonas Kjellgren has also earned recognition through his work in production and mastering with numerous renowned metal bands.
Having maintained a respected position within the extreme metal scene for more than two decades, Carnal Forge aims with these reissues to offer longtime fans a nostalgic journey while introducing a new generation of metal listeners to two albums from the band's most ferocious era.
