CRONIAN’s 2006 debut album “Terra” will finally receive its first-ever vinyl release to mark its 20th anniversary. The album from the project formed by BORKNAGAR guitarist Øystein G. Brun and Andreas Hedlund will be reissued in a limited edition through M-Theory Audio on November 13, 2026.

The new edition of “Terra” will be pressed on “Iceolated Existence” colored vinyl, limited to just 300 copies worldwide. The 20th-anniversary edition will also include a four-panel insert featuring new liner notes written by Øystein G. Brun.

CRONIAN emerged as an outlet for Brun and Hedlund to explore musical territory beyond their work in BORKNAGAR. Developed in the duo’s digital home studios, “Terra” brought Scandinavian extreme metal riffs together with electronic textures and score-like arrangements.

The album was mastered by Dan Swanö. His work was an important part of the technical preparation aimed at ensuring the reissue’s sound quality.

As the starting point of CRONIAN’s three-album discography, “Terra” was followed by “Enterprise” in 2008 and “Erathems” in 2013. While continuing their work outside CRONIAN, Brun remained active with BORKNAGAR, while Hedlund continued releasing music with VINTERSORG.
