German epic doom metal outfit FVNERAL FVKK have announced their second studio album, "Indecent Idols", which will be released on October 23 via Dying Victims Productions on CD and vinyl. The band have also unveiled one of the album's first tracks, 'Bishop of the Iron Guard'. The song premiered via the Deaf Forever website.

Formed in Hamburg in 2015, FVNERAL FVKK brings together musicians from the city's extreme metal underground. The band combines epic doom metal with lyrics inspired by documented crimes, abuse, and corruption associated with religious institutions throughout history and into the present day.

Following the 2017 EP "Lecherous Liturgies" and the band's 2019 full-length debut "Carnal Confessions", "Indecent Idols" continues FVNERAL FVKK's established musical direction while presenting a broader and darker atmosphere. Heavy riffs, mournful melodies, and a dense doom metal character remain at the forefront, while the band's foundation in the classic epic doom metal tradition is expanded with an even more oppressive and emotionally charged approach.

"Indecent Idols" will be released on October 23 via Dying Victims Productions on CD and vinyl formats.
