German extreme metal band MYSTIC CIRCLE have released a live performance video for ‘Seven-Headed Dragon’, filmed in Mexico following their first concerts in 20 years. Taken from the band’s self-titled album, the video accompanies a new tour aftermovie featuring footage from their Latin American run.

Filmed by Music Mike MX at Hendrix Circus Bar in Mexico, the video captures moments from MYSTIC CIRCLE’s Latin American shows following their return to the stage. With this release, the band are not only sharing footage of their live performances but also expressing their gratitude to the bookers, stage crews and fans who made their return to touring possible after two decades away.

One of the band’s founders, A. Blackwar, explained that they had specifically wanted their first tour to take place in Latin America, adding that Jörg August and Vadim Khomich of The Flaming Arts Agency played an important role in making that plan a reality.

MYSTIC CIRCLE’s revamped lineup is another important part of this new chapter. Combining the aggression of extreme metal with memorable heavy metal melodies and razor-sharp guitar solos, the band are preparing to put live performances back at the forefront. Beelzebub also outlined their plans for the coming period, stating: “We're ready for more shows and have great musicians on board to conquer the stages of the world.”

With plans for 2027 already taking shape, MYSTIC CIRCLE have announced their first upcoming show: an appearance at the New Evil Year Festival in Heidelberg, Germany, on January 2, 2027. Further concert dates are expected to be announced in the coming months.
