upcoming debut album "Gloomweaver". A lyric video accompanying the track has also been made available through the band’s official channels.

Based in Reno, Nevada, the band combines dark fantasy and horror-inspired storytelling with a death metal foundation on their new track. FOG WALL member Zak Brady describes ‘The Accursed’ as the descent into madness of a character who loses their power and is driven toward a tragic, monstrous transformation.

‘The Accursed’ serves as the second preview from "Gloomweaver", which will be released on September 4. The album is built around a concept inspired by the darker tales of J.R.R. Tolkien and the ominous fantasy worlds created by Japanese game studio FromSoftware. The record explores grim narratives featuring cursed fortresses, creatures determined to consume the world, and horrifying transformations of the human body.

FOG WALL emerged as a project created by longtime friends Zak Brady and Alex Malmquist. Combining crushing riffs, heavy bass tones, and elements of horror and dark fantasy aesthetics, the duo aims to bring their own sinister atmosphere to the foundations of classic death metal.

Drawing inspiration from bands such as Morbid Angel, Type O Negative, Deicide, The Black Dahlia Murder, and The Acacia Strain, FOG WALL will release "Gloomweaver" on September 4.
