SEPTICFLESH, FORTERESSE, HIDEOUS DIVINITY, PEELINGFLESH, THULCANDRA and ULTIMA NECAT confirmed for 2027

PARTY.SAN METAL OPEN AIR has added six more bands to its 2027 lineup. The latest announcement confirms the addition of SEPTICFLESH, one of the most prominent acts in the Greek metal scene, alongside FORTERESSE, HIDEOUS DIVINITY, PEELINGFLESH, THULCANDRA and ULTIMA NECAT.

The newly announced names bring together bands representing different corners of extreme metal. SEPTICFLESH will be among the festival's standout acts with their distinctive sound, combining death metal with symphonic arrangements and a dark atmosphere.

Canadian act FORTERESSE brings its atmospheric black metal approach to the lineup, while Italian technical death metal outfit HIDEOUS DIVINITY joins with its own take on the genre. US-based PEELINGFLESH, meanwhile, will add a heavier edge to the festival with their blend of slam and brutal death metal.

German band THULCANDRA will take the stage in Schlotheim with their sound rooted in the melodic black metal tradition. ULTIMA NECAT completes the latest round of additions to the 2027 lineup.

PARTY.SAN METAL OPEN AIR 2027 will take place from 5–7 August at Flugplatz Obermehler in Schlotheim, Germany. Further lineup announcements and the daily running order are expected in the coming months.
