Chicago-based groove metal band REPENTANCE have unveiled ‘Among The Wolves’, the third single from their upcoming album “Retaliate”, due out November 27, 2026, via Noble Demon. The album’s arrival carries added significance following the unexpected death of founding member Shaun Glass on July 1, 2026.

Vocalist Adam Gilley described ‘Among The Wolves’ as one of his favourite tracks on the album, explaining that its lyrics explore feelings of betrayal, anger and disillusionment towards someone who has caused deep emotional pain. The single is now available on all major streaming platforms.

Following Shaun Glass’s passing, REPENTANCE postponed “Retaliate” from its originally scheduled summer release to late November. Beyond his work with REPENTANCE, Glass left a musical legacy spanning more than four decades in the Chicago metal scene, with contributions to bands including TERMINAL DEATH, SINDROME, BROKEN HOPE, SOiL, DIRGE WITHIN and THE BLOODLINE.

Under these circumstances, “Retaliate” represents more than just another addition to the band’s discography; it stands as a final musical tribute to their founding member. The album was produced by Alex Lackner at Accelerated Sound, with mixing handled by Ari Mihalopoulos at Inner Light Studio.

‘Among The Wolves’ appears as the sixth track on the ten-song album. Pre-saves for “Retaliate” are now available ahead of its November 27, 2026 release through Noble Demon.
