Seattle-based metal trio TORMENTA have made a strong entrance by unveiling their debut single, “Jungle Dead.” At the same time, the band has announced that work is continuing on its forthcoming debut full-length album. Further details regarding the record are expected to be revealed in the near future.

Blending elements of groove, thrash, and death metal, TORMENTA embraces an approach that reinforces its aggressive foundation with memorable melodies and hard-hitting riffs. Emerging from Seattle’s underground metal scene, the band aims to make an impact with its high-energy compositions.

“Jungle Dead” serves as the first substantial glimpse into the group’s musical identity and overall direction. Deklan Curry handles vocals and guitar duties on the track, joined by Ben Apple on guitar and Braedon “The Don” Greenwald on drums. Bass performances on the recording were provided by former member Colin Parker.

The single was mixed by Jeffery McNutley, while the cover artwork was created by Martyr of Decay. Additional details and a release date for TORMENTA’s debut album are expected to be announced in the coming months.
