WEAPÖNIZER Returns with New Album "The Steel Beast"
WEAPÖNIZER Returns Strong
Canadian thrash 'n' roll outfit WEAPÖNIZER are returning after a long period of silence with their new album "The Steel Beast". The band’s third studio release will arrive on October 16 via Ale Wülf Tapes as a limited vinyl edition.
Active for nearly two decades, WEAPÖNIZER are known for their uncompromising take on metal, combining elements of classic thrash metal, first-wave black metal, and crossover metalpunk. Following the release of their 2017 album "Lawless Age", the band is now preparing to return with new material.
Released last month as the first preview of the upcoming record, the single 'Victory' showcased the band’s aggressive and straightforward approach in this new chapter of their career. The mixing for "The Steel Beast" was handled by Pete deBoer (Blood Incantation, Spectral Voice), while mastering duties were carried out by Brad Boatright (Obituary, Nails).
WEAPÖNIZER’s third album "The Steel Beast" will arrive on October 16 as a new chapter that preserves the band’s raw energy and underground metal roots. The album will be released through Ale Wülf Tapes as a limited vinyl edition.
