French pagan folk and electro-industrial duo EIHWAR have unveiled a wide-ranging live video showcasing their stage performance built around their latest album Hugrheim. The approximately 32-minute recording features footage from the band’s concert at the Echos & Merveilles Festival, held in France this May.

The released performance video offers a detailed look at EIHWAR’s recently developed stage concept. Inspired by the album’s atmosphere, the visual design transports viewers into a dark, myth-laden universe, while lighting design and stage elements physically manifest the band’s musical narrative. In particular, towering spear structures and a post-apocalyptic Viking camp-inspired set design stand out as key components of the live experience.

Throughout the performance, a selection of standout tracks from the band’s catalogue are delivered, with material from the new album Hugrheim taking centre stage in the setlist. This allows listeners to experience EIHWAR’s current creative vision and live energy within a single, cohesive recording.

Released in 2026 via Season of Mist, Hugrheim marks the duo’s second studio album. Set within a fictional universe inspired by Norse mythology, the conceptual work fuses folk elements with electronic frameworks, ritualistic percussion, and industrial textures. The album’s invented languages, accompanying maps, and narrative texts further expand its scope, transforming the project into an immersive act of worldbuilding rather than a purely musical release.
