London-based technical death metal band PERPETUAL PARADOX have returned with their new EP, "May Misery Befall You". Released through Bleeding Art Collective, the five-track effort sees the band moving toward a tighter, more cohesive approach to songwriting following the broader scope of their 2025 album "Deathwish".

Rather than placing technicality at the center of the music, the band have aimed to put the riffs in the foreground on their new release. Blast beats, shred passages, melodic sections, and breakdowns form the EP's core components, while these elements are shaped not as ideas stitched together during the studio process, but as natural sections of the compositions.

This approach particularly highlights the difference between the new material and the band's previous album. Following "Deathwish", PERPETUAL PARADOX set out to create a more focused structure, treating riffs, solos, breakdowns, and compositional transitions as parts of a cohesive whole on "May Misery Befall You".

Official music videos have also been released for two of the EP's standout tracks, 'Smell the Rot' and 'Source of Hate', adding a visual dimension to the band's new era.

PERPETUAL PARADOX will continue their live activity following the release of the new EP. The band will hit the road in the UK alongside deathcore outfit THE CARTOGRAPHER as part of the "Beholden to Hate UK Tour", with dates scheduled in Bournemouth, Southampton, and Manchester.
